Lead Engineer RoR - Boston - Hire #1 in Boston

Forget the ground floor, come build the foundation! We're a seven month old, Boston-based startup that just graduated from TechStars. As the CEO / sole developer, I need to focus on raising our seed round and building our company. That's where you come in.

Your job is going to be hard, very hard. How do I know? Cause it's been my job so far. This market is a complex three-party system. Pulling this off online hasn't been done before. You'll architect this system. You'll drive our design decisions as you prepare our mvp for the beta customers we're lining up. You'll write great code that will be easy for future team members to to extend and maintain. You'll lead building that team.

So who are we? We're TempMine and we're bringing the $86B temporary staffing industry online. The industry has fought tooth and nail to stay offline. Plenty have tried to bring it online in the past, and all have failed. We're not going to fail. Why are we going to succeed? 1. We have the right team. 2. The market timing is perfect. 3. We're improving people's lives. 4. We have great team of advisers with deep industry knowledge who are involved and invested in our success.
