Being a self-starter is cliché, but truly necessary as there will be little training and the product and business is complex to learn. Multi-tasking is also key as urgent requests must often be tackled while keeping longer-term projects moving. An outgoing personality and ability to forge strong personal relationships with key stakeholders is also important. We are looking for someone who, after climbing the learning curve, can step into a lead role and oversee and engage in numerous requests and projects each day. X-ray vision is a plus ;)
