As Corporate Counsel at FanBox, you will work closely with the senior management team to develop creative breakthroughs to legal challenges and set FanBox up for long-term success. You will be responsible for advising senior management on business practices and policy and will have the proven ability to provide sound business judgment, practical analysis, and advice. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is currently working at a law firm, but wants to move into an in-house role.

The Corporate Counsel will report directly to the President. We will be interviewing for this opening until May 15, 2010.
