- has deep experience as a CFO for multiple start-ups, preferably in heath care or software sectors.
- can be a hands-on executive initially

Responsibilities:
- All financial planning and analysis, including strategic market analysis.
- Coordinate fund raising.
- Lead deal making efforts, including extensive licensing of 3rd party content and multi-party software licenses.
- All accounting functions and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA.
- Protect intellectual property and manage legal functions

Qualifications:
- 5+ years as CFO in a start-up
- Accounting or finance degree, MBA a plus
- Health care or software sector experience

Specific responsibilities include:

SALES

1) Key Account Development:
- Build and manage a pipeline of site license opportunities through a strategically planned direct sales effort.

2) Lead-to-Close Cycle:
- Develop processes to manage sales cycle from lead to close.

MARKETING

1) Product Marketing and Positioning:
- Perform market analysis and interface with customers to define key selling propositions that will then translate into all sales & marketing materials, client communications, and press initiatives. Includes product launch positioning, planning and execution.

2) Marketing Communications:
- Manage content and flow of all outbound communications, including web sites, newsletter programs, trade shows, search, online advertising, sales materials and client/sales messaging.

3) Sales Support:
- Work to provide email templates, presentations and sales materials, arming sales with relevant information to assist in accelerating sales cycles and industry expertise.

4) Intellectual Capital:
- Drive the company's "expert" status in the market through speakers' initiatives, whitepaper development, programs with industry thought leaders, and core marketing communications outreach.

5) Public Relations:
- Ensure appropriate product needs are being filtered into PR efforts and are accurately reflected in all corporate messaging. Maintain steady press coverage and relationships with key media. Work with customers on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (psychology and/or software engineering a plus), MBA a plus
- 5-10 years experience in health care, mental health, and/or software development (SaaS)
- Interest in Mental Health, psychology, how the mind works, the healing process

Director of Product Management in Los Altos

This person is the expert for all aspects of the company's products. This person will have a deep mastery of market requirements, product strategy, the technology foundation for all products, industry and technology trends and the competitive environment. This role will be responsible for understanding and communicating the value proposition of the products. The Director of Product Management is expected to be a hands-on leader, participating in customer meetings to determine needs, development of product requirement documentation (PRD), and be completely immersed in development. A key component of this role is the ability to work jointly with Engineering and Marketing to drive company strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Interpreting the customer needs and translating needs into highly successful products
- End to end ownership of the company's products
- PRD creation and management
- Process development as it relates to Product Management and cross functional activities
- Roadmap planning and communication
- Competitive product analysis
- Product training (Support, Sales, others as required)
- Assessment of risk factors impacting the expected product launch
- Product budgeting

Qualifications:

- 3 - 5 years of software or Hosted Services/ASP/SaaS product management responsibility or equivalent with demonstrated success shipping multiple versions of commercially available products is strongly desired
- Experience in Application Lifecycle Management is a plus
- Proven experience working with tight deadlines in order to meet aggressive product schedules
- Ability to concisely summarize complex issues and make clear, compelling recommendations
- Requires BA/BS, or equivalent experience
