Affiliate Marketing Coordinator in Mountain View

As a Polyvore Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate marketing efforts to further optimize the channel. You'll be empowered with autonomy, managing our affiliate channel as your own business unit. You will develop relationships with new advertisers, strengthen existing relationships and manage partnerships with affiliate networks. You will perform data analysis to problem solve and to identify trends and opportunities. You’ll also keep your eye on long-term ad success by compiling best practices and improving the process along the way. You’ll be expected to take on more responsibility as Polyvore grows.

About You
You know the ins and outs of performance marketing and can’t wait to take Polyvore’s affiliate program to the next level. You’ve managed affiliate programs either on the publisher or network side. You have an unhealthy love of fashion/style/design and are a Polyvore evangelist. You keep up with industry trends, monitor competitive best practices and already have ideas for improving performance. Pivot tables and vlookups are your friends. You love engaging with clients and are obsessed with customer service. You also love collaborating with engineers and salespeople to produce first-class advertising programs. You want to hold a position that directly impacts the company’s bottom line. You thrive in fun, friendly, fast-paced environments.
