The Senior Java J2EE Developer will be responsible for estimation, implementation and maintenance of the J2EE SynthaSite server infrastructure. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and offers a dynamic working environment with an opportunity to work closely with a team of talented developers, architects and engineers.

Web Analytics Manager in San Francisco

SynthaSite is looking for a Web Analytics Manager to drive the company's web analytics strategy. As the Web Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for defining, implementing and managing the company's web analytics toolset to ensure that we are able to measure, report and act on key business metrics. You'll report to directly to the VP Marketing.

You'll be the company's measurement guru and will be involved in all key product and marketing projects to ensure that everything we do drives results. In addition, you'll create tools/processes to distribute critical performance information throughout the company, ensuring that all groups have access to the information they need to evaluate the impact of their actions.
