FutureFridays is developing a new web-based service automating medical referrals between Primary Care Physicians and Specialists called ReferralHub and is seeking a full-time Product Manager. The Product Manager will define and manage a detailed product roadmap and be responsible for synthesizing business needs into detailed requirements. This person will be responsible for developing a useful customer facing product used by a wide variety of users in multiple organizations and locations to manage a complex referral workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and problem-solving skills and be an excellent communicator with the ability to work with technical as well as non-tech folks to turn ideas from many sources into clear, actionable requirements which will lead to an innovative product to be used that will delight our customers and leave a mark in the health-care space.
