Experience Project, San Francisco, CA, is looking for a creative and proactive Content and Community Manager to help take our business to the next level. If you’re looking for a high-impact position from start to finish, this is the place for you. Applicant should have a comprehensive knowledge of what’s hot / trends across media resources. Must be creative, self-motivated and able to repurpose existing content into exciting, lucrative and untapped promotions for consumption across the online space.

The primary responsibility of the Content and Community Manager will be to directly manage “EP Gurus” [User-Generated Writing Program] and freelance writers and work with them to provide the highest possible content for distribution, consumption, contribution, retention and, ultimately, creation. Additionally, we will look to this person to help define and implement Experience Project’s editorial strategy for content now and in the future.

The primary responsibility of the Graphic Designer / UI Designer will be to serve as our primary in-house cross-departmental design resource reporting directly to the VP – Marketing, Community + Content.

High level, you should be able to wireframe and do interaction design; provide photoshop and related mock-ups; provide a basic HTML build-out and, to move to the front of the line, be able to accomplish html / css / js and cross browser testing.
