You must be excited to work at a startup where you will get to build your entire team from the ground up. You will develop all of the processes and guidelines for the customer service department, and have a significant impact on the success of the company. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reporting directly to the owner, this full-time, New York City based, salaried position will be responsible for the creation and implementation of all Customer Care team training programs (new-hire and ongoing) and quality assurance procedures. These critical processes will ensure that Petflow.com will provide a consistent, class-leading, &amp;quot;white glove&amp;quot; service experience to customers as we launch, and continue to expand. This role will also oversee all order processing functions (ensuring continuous process improvement) and provide direct leadership to a small team of your own customer service agents. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There will be no formal meetings, red tape, or office politics. If you thrive in the Fortune 1000 environment this job will not be for you.
