Director of Engineering in Park City

Early stage SaaS software startup in Park City is looking for an experienced Director of Engineering with background in production C#/.Net development. If you've worked with web apps and software as a service, with several years experience writing code and either meaningful experience or demonstrable aptitude leading a nimble engineering team, then we'd like to meet you. Our product is built on the Microsoft platform, but some experience with LAMP is also welcome. Advanced education in computer science or engineering is welcome but not strictly necessary. What is necessary is an advanced degree in the university of life, particularly with the ups and downs of a startup company and a background in entrepreneurial pursuits. We're not looking for a clock puncher here, but rather someone who's looking for the freedom and adventure of the startup life, and the opportunity to exercise their creative energies to the fullest and make a meaningful contribution at a dynamic company. The management team of our company is remarkable in the depth and breadth of their experience, and we're making software for a lucrative segment of the travel industry, which comes with interesting perks and opportunities for international travel.

We would be particularly interested in hiring someone who has a small team of top-notch developers who would be willing to come along. We might be able to hire everyone, or hire on the team shortly after the director comes on board. We're about to close a round of venture financing, so the timing of the hire would depend on that.

Internship in Park City

We're looking for interns for marketing, product management, software engineering, tech support, implementation, and system administration. If we bring you on, it's likely that you'll do more than one of the above jobs. This is an early stage startup, and your fortunes here will only be limited by your ability and ambition. All internships will possibly lead to full-time positions.

(We've been receiving a lot of resumes, and we may not be able to respond to all of them.
