We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to help Fortune 500 companies leverage and launch new social business software initiatives.
You will help define requirements, make technology recommendations, and manage the delivery of a new class of enterprise solution.
This position is an ideal fit for an experienced project (or engineering) manager looking to grow beyond delivering projects around yesterday’s software into being a leader of dynamic teams tackling a new domain.
You will take a more forward leaning role in engaging not only at the project, but the account and strategic level as well. While experience managing software delivery is required, we are also focused on finding individuals with a relentless interest in learning new technologies and forging lasting account relationships with customers.

You'll join and eventually lead team of 4-10 consultants involved with deployment of new and complex software systems involving multiple customizations and integration points. Your ability to define requirements and use cases for software features and functionality will go a long way to meeting the high expectations of our clients. At the same time, your mastery of scope management-related issues will help to balance desires for new feature sets within the software limitations of our chosen platforms.
As our person on the ground, and most directly front and center with client stakeholders, you play a key role not only managing current projects, but also with setting the stage for follow-on business.

The Ideal candidate brings 7+ years in a technical software domain (e.g. project management, engineering management, or technical product management), have a technical degree from a top university, and have managed large scale technology delivery projects.

Consulting and/or professional services experience is strongly preferred and quite frankly highly recommended. Beyond being a developer of the highest caliber, you need to be someone who can both identify or predict what needs to be done and then do that to ensure the job gets done right.
