We're a small, fast-growing company re-inventing the Television experience for the internet: we deliver a lean-back video discovery experience personalized for you by friends and curators that share your tastes.

We are the most downloaded app on Google TV, and have partnerships for deep integration and homepage placement with Google, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, and Sony. We grew 10x in 2011 to over 3M monthly users and we'll be live on over 40M Connected TV devices by the end of the year.

We raised $6M from top investors and are just getting started. TV everywhere and Connected TV are in their infancy, and we are looking for incredible people to help build next-generation Television experiences on the web, tablets, and actual Television/set-top box devices. As a part of our engineering team, you'll work alongside our design team to build, help grow, and evolve our product as we scale Redux to hundreds of unique devices (including a few next-gen Connected TV platforms) over the next year. Our vision is to bring serendipitous discovery to the web, and organize information around a user’s personal preferences.

We’re looking for individuals who love sharing online content, are creative, and want to be involved with a fast growing young startup. Interns have three main goals:

1) Share content via Redux Streams,
2) Develop and execute on a marketing plan to acquire users, and
3) Create original content

During the course of this position you will learn about valuable topics such as: Social Media Marketing, Content Management, and Customer Acquisition Strategy and Execution.

Front-end Web Engineer in Berkeley

We're a group of (mostly) Berkeley engineers building a new consumer Internet service. Come join our team and help us create great user experiences through great software. We value good engineering, so if you're tired of hacked-together web projects and want to work in Berkeley let's talk.

We expect the person interested in this job to have a natural familiarity and curiosity with the vagaries of web-based applications, including issues of memory management, debugging, the box model, and cross-browser compatibility. We also assume someone interested in working with us will have a firm grasp of software development practices such as version control (we use SVN), rapid iteration, code reuse, and how to enjoy working in a team. We work hard, but we also chose to work in a startup because corporate we ain't.

We're a BSD/Python/MySQL shop, so familiarity with some or all of those is a plus, but you must have comfort with Javascript/CSS/XHTML environments. Major bonus if you already know jQuery, but as long as you understand what it is and why you'd use it that's sufficient to get started.
