ABOUT CREATIVE REALITIES
Creative Realities is a fully integrated experiential Design Firm. As our name suggests, we approach projects from two distinct perspectives, conceptual and executional. This holistic approach allows CRI to develop technology driven experiences that trigger action where is matters most – at the point where your brand touches your audience.

The VP Technology needs a blend of technology awareness and business savvy. Ideally, experience with retail, hospitality, and/or live events
This position will lead the Engineering group which needs to evolve into three separate trees, all ultimately reporting to this VP.

There needs to be:
- a Production Engineering Group (the teams responsible for the execution of our projects)
- an IT group, responsible for internal IT infrastructure support
- and an R&D group (the Creative Lab Engineering team), that is responsible for researching new technologies, being on the cutting edge of development, creating some programming and test configurations for the sake of learning and development, and for supporting the lab efforts.
These three trees will each have a manager, and those three managers would report to this VP

The VP Technology should be engaged in some technology forums or institutions so that he/she is an active member of the technology society and aware of new trends in the world. Will assume the role of Technology Visionary for the Company. Ideally, this individual can be invited to speaking engagements as a recognized authority in the field.

This person will set the standards for our performance within the engineering department; how change control is done, how products are accepted as viable for CRI use, what technology partners would we engage with, etc.
