Our innovative technology combines elements of design from gaming, video conferencing, and rich interactive applications to enable revolutionary new types of web experiences including online events, a next generation gaming platform, better online learning, and other dramatically enhanced purposeful online activities.

We seek to find the right individual to work closely with our CEO and contribute strongly to the creative vision of our products. The ideal individual for this position will excel in user experience design, be able to articulate clear product specifications, lead graphic design resources, and interact closely with our development partners.

While this position’s central role is to create a rich graphical user experience, as a small organization we are looking for a versatile player who can also build small Flash prototypes to explore design alternatives, and have a grasp of 3D rendering and Flash/Flex design to interact with developers in their language and understand the limitations and possibilities of current and short-term future technologies.

This role offers a significant potential for growth within our young company. We’re housed in a great office environment near Union Square.

The ideal individual for this position will have a solid software development background in Flash/Flex and Java, and have the ability to build small Flash prototypes; will excel in UX design and have significant experience creating wireframes and specification documents; and will have a grasp of 3D rendering, video conferencing, and gaming technologies. They should have exceptional organizational skills, familiarity with tools of project management and code management, and experience in bringing projects successfully to market.

We are seeking a software developer who has experience creating applications for the web and who can contribute to the creative vision of our products. The ideal individual for this position will have a solid software development background, with particular expertise in Flex and Java. They should have the ability to rapidly build Flash/Flex prototypes, develop PHP-based sites and accompanying databases, and be comfortable utilizing code management systems. Experience with web conferencing, VOIP, digital goods, or game design & development a big plus!

While the central skill for this position is programming, as a small organization we are looking for a versatile player who can also help with UX design, interact with Creative Design resources, articulate clear product specifications for other members of the team, and interact closely with our development partners.

Extensive understanding of video chat and web conferencing platforms most desirable. Prior experience with social networking, immersive gaming development, virtual/digital goods, VOIP, or distance learning platforms also a real plus!

You must be a self-motivated, hands-on developer who will lead the software team while contributing heavily to the platform’s architecture and development. Must be highly adaptive, creative, and impassioned; and inspired by the challenge of building the next generation of web interaction. The candidate should have experience managing in an Agile development environment and be comfortable with dedicating the time needed to jump start this endeavor, and bring it to market on a very rapid timetable.
