Summary
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations & Strategy. In your role, you will support the Executive Team and Officers by leading the execution of various financial models, projects and finance/accounting related activities. Ideal candidates would have an investment banking, accounting, or other finance related background. This role will also provide an excellent opportunity to be part of an early stage VC-backed company and learn firsthand what it takes to be an entrepreneur or work in an entrepreneurial environment. Pre-MBA candidates looking to learn and develop these skills will be considered as well as individuals looking to evaluate a career in the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Support in preparation of monthly financial report.
• Complete monthly revenue forecast.
• Prepare and assist with annual budget process.
• Support Account Services team by preparing P&L statements by campaign.
• Support Sales team in the preparation of responses to RFPs.
• Support Marketing team in conducting competitive research and leading pricing analyses.
• Assist on special projects such as acquisitions and 409A valuations.
• Oversee bookkeeping activities including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, payroll, and benefits accounting.
• Create company financial valuation analyses.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, or a related field. Additional certifications, and/or advanced degrees a plus.
• Excellent Excel modeling skills are a must.
• Minimum one year of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with experience at an investment bank, Big Four accounting firm, or management consulting firm.
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Extraordinary attention to detail, perfectionist standards.
• Knowledge of finance as related to either the media or advertising industries a plus but not required.
• Can succeed in an entrepreneurial, early stage, high energy, flexible and fast-paced team environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities:

➢ Campaign development and launch. Work with clients and development team to ensure successful marketing campaign launches.
➢ Communication plan. Develop custom communication plans for clients.
➢ Campaign management. Ability to manage marketing/promotional campaigns from the start. This includes the creative process as well as the implementation.
➢ Deliverables. Track campaign performance to ensure achievement of all campaign deliverables.
➢ Campaign performance reports. Deliver accurate and timely performance reports to clients.
➢ Renewals. Ensure client satisfaction and work with clients to plan and launch renewal campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Looking for bright, assertive and outgoing personalities with driven & motivated start-up minds.
• Bachelor’s degree from leading institution, graduate degree a plus.
