The Role
As Senior Product Manager, you will be entrusted with building web-based products that delight recruiters, hiring managers and job seekers. Your responsibilities will include helping to define the product vision and strategy and working with world-class engineers and members of cross-functional teams to execute on that vision. As part of your job, you will come up with creative product ideas, clearly articulate use cases that will be solved with those ideas, and deliver product launches in a rapid innovation environment. In this role, you will have freedom and ownership to turn your ideas into great products that impact how recruiting is performed.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of successful product management experience at a B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have proven analytical skills and the ability to identify customer needs and communicate them to constituents.
