About the Role:

The Advertising Operations Analyst position is ideal if you are looking to advance your career in online advertising. Ad Ops has a lot to offer! The position will focus on online ad trafficking, discrepancy troubleshooting, analyzing and reporting. This will require daily interaction with our internal teams such as Production, Sales, Engineering, and our external clients to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all advertising campaigns.
Handle all trafficking requests.
Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies with clients, networks, sites, and third-party platform
Prepare client delivery reports and offer suggestions for campaign optimizationi
Support and liaise with different departments (mainly production and sales teams)
Handle trafficking of third party pixels, QA assignments, and in-flights changes to campaigns
Support the interaction and coordination with clients to ensure flawless advertising campaign executions

About You
A bachelors degree from 4 year university, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 2-4 years working in ad trafficking or media/advertising
Good understanding of HTML and JavaScript coding
Initmate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ourstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills needed to work in a cross functional company environment
Entrepreneurial spirit and full of initiative, and ready to roll up your sleeves

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, to work out of our San Francisco office. We have great engineers and lots of ideas. We need help managing, driving, optimizing and communicating our progress - so we can do awesome work more effectively.

You'll be the boss of Asana, our company wide team task management tool. The sales people will call you and ask "can you make that feature available next week?" and you'll have to answer them. You will juggle the balls, know which ones are up in the air and which ones are going up next. When technology updates are made you will help roll out the release to the team. You will introduce and explain features and report back how they are received and used. You will document these releases. Documentation. There I said it. Ideally, you will also be part of finding bugs and reporting them in an intelligent manner. You will create and maintain test documents and test data sets. You will coordinate the QA effort to be executed by interactive producers in NY, documenting product features, developing a plan to test those features and then getting the team involved to help test. This includes rallying the production team in NY to understand and help test. You are amazingly organized and personable.
