Front-end web developer, looking to grow in San Francisco

You have a CS degree and at least a few years of experience as a front-end developer. You're strong on all the in-browser technologies, and maybe have some server-side skills too. You love the idea of working for an early-stage startup, because you know you have a lot to contribute. And you want to work for a place that sees design as a competitive advantage, not something that gets slapped on at the end of a project. Sound like you? Then read on.

We need someone to help us build a variety of interfaces and experiences all the way from concept through users tests to complete, long-lived products. You'll be an early member of a growing team, so the only thing that won't part of your job is saying, "That's not my job." You'll learn a lot, and have plenty of fun along the way.

Required

* Eager to work at an early-stage startup,
* Strong in-browser skills,
* Committed to quality,
* Passionate about user experience,
* At least 2 years of experience,
* Prefer to work in a close-knit team, and
* A CS degree or equivalent knowledge.

Would Be Nice

* Server-side experience, and eager to learn more,
* Experience building Facebook apps,
* Experience building social apps,
* Experience with automated testing,
* Interface design skills,
* Experience mentoring junior developers,
* Experience leading a team or open-source project,
* Visual design skills, and
* Experience with user testing.
