The Company is hiring a skilled web developer. The primary focus will be back-end development with PHP and LAMP technologies.

Personality Traits

· Skilled at translating complex business goals into working websites, with an impressive previous work history to prove it.

· Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex ideas into “don’t make me think” terminology

· A high attention to development detail, with a general interest in usability and user experience

· The ability to produce and test a website that functions or degrades gracefully in all major web browsers (IE6-8, Safari 2.0+, Firefox 2-3.5 & Google Chrome)

· Enjoys a challenge, and brings new ideas to the table

· A self-starter, with an interest in learning new technologies and keeping up to date with the latest in web design and web standards

· Experience communicating directly to your non-tech colleagues during the process of a web project

· A strong desire to constantly improve your process and workflow

Technical Knowledge

· PHP Programming, 4 years minimum
