We are looking for a smart, energetic and hardworking individual to be our Vice President or Director of Finance (depending on experience). Reporting to the CEO, the VP/Director of Finance is responsible for managing and executing all finance functions, including reporting systems, accounting, budgeting, analysis, financial controls, cash management, tax, and payroll.

While the ideal candidate will be someone who can grow into the CFO role in the future, he/she must be comfortable with taking a very hands-on role, wearing many hats. The person must be highly analytical, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, able to multi-task with limited supervision and within limited time frames, and possess strong organizational and follow-up skills. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join the team at TargetSpot as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate has or is working on a Computer Science degree, has experience working in a LAMP environment and is interested in the QA process, particularly at a fast-paced tech startup. This candidate is also web savvy and ready to learn and use a variety of tools and applications that are crucial to the web development process. Knowledge of Flash, mobile software development and/or web development tools are all pluses.

The QA Analyst would work on identifying and reporting software bugs, creating and executing test plans and participating in a variety of other QA activities, including writing unit tests and contributing input to the QA process.

We are looking for a bright and professional individual to manage quality assurance here at TargetSpot. The ideal candidate has extensive QA experience in a LAMP environment, possesses a strong knowledge of QA practices, excels at organization and is comfortable working with databases, unit tests and the command line. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is desired but not necessary. Other pluses include knowledge of web-specific QA tools, Flash development and mobile development.

The Quality Assurance Manager will run quality assurance for all the various aspects of the TargetSpot system. The individual would manage both the long term and day-to-day requirements of QA, including creating test plans and test cases, executing manual and automated tests, providing usability input and interfacing with other members of the TargetSpot team.
