Director, User Experience in Redwood City

We are looking for a top-caliber User Experience professional to lead our user experience team and future product experience vision.
The ideal candidate has been a Sr. UX professional or a UX Lead, has had responsibilities for innovative, complex projects, managed people and or a team and is now looking for additional professional and product challenges.

The Director User Experience will be the visionary, team leader, and voice of the customer experience within the organization.

The Dir UX will act as a direct contributor as well as manage a small team to deliver:
- User research and usability
- User interaction design
- Visual design

The Dir UX will be responsible for taking the next generation product vision for the full suite of ReputationDefender products and turning it into a design and functional reality.
This position will report to the VP of Product and will be a leader within the Product team. This role will heavily partner with product management, QA, engineering, customer support, and marketing.

Director / Principal Product Management in Redwood City

This Director/Principal level role will lead one of the dedicated product teams within the overall Product organization.

The Director PM will be a critical thought leader within the Reputation.com product team, will report to the VP of Product, and will regularly interact directly with all C-level executives. This role will work closely with product development, marketing, and business development to identify, define, and build stellar features and products.

The Director/Principal will be directly accountable for key business metrics for the corresponding product area, including new user acquisition, customer lifetime value, retention rates, cost of service, and customer satisfaction.
