About the Position
Our Front End Web Developer role at hi5 is where the rubber meets the road. This engineer spends his/her time at the intersection of lightning fast performance and compelling user experiences. This role will involve primarily front end work combined with some back end work, creating highly usable interfaces while tackling complex problems of scale. It will require an understanding of the practical benefits and limitations of Web technologies (Javascript, CSS, HTML, and/or AJAX for web development) You will also participate in the interface design of web sites, recommending and applying user interface principles to the site's information architecture, content organization, page flows, interaction design and navigation schemes. Our ideal candidates are excellent problem solvers with experience building and shipping production quality software to a large consumer audience.

About the Team
Our Product team is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining hi5's suite of next generation social entertainment applications.

Site Reliability Engineer
As a Site Reliability Engineer at hi5, you will be responsible for the most important function in the company, maintaining and improving our production applications. All team members must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, fluency in coding, the Java Runtime Environment, good communication skills and most of all enthusiasm for tackling the complex problems of scale. Ad Trafficker

Are you analytical, detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment? Can you identify discrepancies in delivery patterns and do you have the technical knowledge to help resolve these kinds of issues? As our Ad Trafficker at hi5, you will have the opportunity to do so as a member of our Advertising Operations team.

About the Position

In this position you will successfully traffic, test and optimize creatives and promo units involved with a campaign, including integrated sponsorships. You will be responsible for receiving and reviewing insertion orders, verifying inventory availability, inputting IO data into the ad servers, and creating ad groups and campaigns. Using advanced targeting techniques, you will monitor the performance of ad campaigns from start to finish and generate ad campaign result reports. Working closely with our account executives, client services team, and clients, you will have direct responsibility in the fulfillment of advertising campaigns representing millions of dollars in ad sales revenue. You will report to the VP of Business Operations and play a key role in the function of our ad operations team.
