Creative Director

The Creative Director will drive the overall design language of Lot18's brand and products across its applications and campaigns. Together with product managers, developers, marketers, and editors you will use your talents to communicate our mission and value to consumers and help redefine the way people experience wine and epicurean products. You will also be responsible for building and leading a team of designers based out of our London office.

As the software engineering lead/manager, you will provide technical leadership over a team of talented software engineers. You will be responsible for interviewing and hiring additional team members, making architecture decisions, leading code reviews and scaling our technology stack. This is not a pure management position; you are expected to contribute technically.
