You will be one of the first three developers working on Hiring Buddy which is an application for managing, scheduling and collaborating around hiring candidates. The software is a monthly billed service that is targeted to companies of under 500 employees.

Our is to become one of the best-of-breed pieces of business software that savvy companies expect to have running. Freshbooks has done this with invoicing, MailChimp has done it with email lists and we plan to do it with hiring.

You will work in a very tight team with the other three of us to help break down our customer requests into features, give input onto how the features should work and to take the feature and build it.

We're looking for someone disciplined, fun and who really knows their stuff in Rails. As part of the team you'll be welcomed in and will be one of the key members in the company. We are utterly focussed on producing hugely enjoyable software and turning profitable within 18 months.
