Listia is looking to hire an Executive Assistant / Office Manager for our new headquarters in downtown Mountain View, CA!

We are a small, fun, growing team of 12 people that work hard and play hard and we need help managing the day to day with a hard working and energetic personality. Half of your time will be spent assisting the CEO & President of the company and the other half will be managing the office and making sure everyone has an enjoyable place to work.

First 3 months: Contractor paid hourly for ~20-30 hours a week
Full time available pending 3 month review, reporting directly to the President. Salary starting at $30k w/ medical, dental, vision, FSA & 401k.
