We are striving to raise the quality bar across all of our products - web site, mobile application, and desktop client tracker. To do so, we need an individual to drive the QA efforts across all of our products, to automate our testing, be the internal voice of the customer, and lead our team of Quality Engineers. This person will need to have strong product opinions, act as the gate through which releases must pass, and be unflinchingly vocal when our quality bar is not being met. We want someone who knows what it takes to make a team capable of preventing problems more than identifying problems.
