System/Network Engineer in San Mateo

As a system network engineer, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of Facilities Network, Virtual Infrastructure, Windows/Linux Servers, PCs and storage infrastructure. You will participate in the planning, design, installation, testing, and maintenance of the Network, Virtual Infrastructure, Windows/Linux-based systems that support Facilities and business functions of the company. It will be important that you are very comfortable solving problems on the phone, in email and over IM. FirstRain is a high-touch service and this position requires you to develop and maintain strong relationships with your customers.
