U.S. Cofounder, located anywhere in the U.S. in Italy

I have launched a directory in Italy, sort of Yelp, nothing new, but now I've found a tweak that seems promising. So I would like to try and launch it in the U.S. too. It is really a very simple concept, think Foodspotting for instance (but it's not the same concept).

It is a work for the spare time, even ten hours per week could be ok. I believe it is fit for someone who wants to have a go with a simple project and see if he gets the hang of it. It's an organizational role: there will be some programming to be made, both web and mobile, but it can be outsourced, the real job is the project management. If the project seems to work it may be needed to seek for funding, lawyers, employees.
