Looking for CTO in Chattanooga

BlueSquall Innovations is currently an early stage start-up looking for a qualified and motivated candidate to be our 5th employee and CTO.

We are looking to fill this position in the next 4-6 weeks.

The role of CTO will initially comprise the lion's share of programming, software development, and web design - with the ability to hire and manage staff as necessary.

Our initial product is currently under development and is slated for completion in March/April. Once the CTO is up to speed with our product we expect them to begin developing incremental releases based on market research, user feedback, and functionality agreed upon by the team.

As CTO we will expect an expert level of understanding in a variety of technological fields. We will reward expertise and leadership with a partner level position. As a partner in our company you will need to function at a strategic level with senior level responsibilities and expectations.
