We are looking for a senior level technologist who has inspirations of leading a technology start-up from its inception through exit in 3-5 years. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with LAMP technologies and the integration of Web 2.0 technologies. Mobile development & cloud computing experience is a PLUS.

You will be provided stock options and an equity portion of the company as one of its Co-Founders. Once funded you will be provided a salary comparable to other CTO’s within the technology landscape. Our approach is to develop a “Prototype” for engaging our partners/investors and while launching a component portion of the model to initiate revenue. During this part of the development effort, which we estimate to take roughly 30-45 days, we would accrue the hours incurred and compensate you, or the company, for those hours once funded.
