ENTERPRISE PROJECT MANAGER/SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR in Phoenix

WebPT is seeking a Project Manager to run cross-departmental projects for WebPT. This will involve identifying, creating and organizing cross-functional teams as you lead the definition, execution and implementation of a variety of initiatives. Projects may span anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks with 2 to 10 resources. This person will work for the Director of Development/Product Management.

Teamwork and collaboration are key as you operate with great ability, organization and insight. We are an Agile shop, but we aren't looking for an Agile Nazi. We'd rather have someone who can communicate extremely well, earn the respect of their peers and who knows when to stick to the plan and when it's time to veer off course.

All of this can be done in a pair of flip flops or loafers; doesn't matter to us. What matters is your work ethic and your positive attitude. The Project Manager will drive projects to deliver against pre-set schedules, escalate and resolve issues, and communicate project status toward goals among cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is someone who has worn a few hats and has prior experience with a software development start-up.
