We are a Chicago-based startup with a global team (Asia, Europe) preparing to launch our alpha. <br /> <br />We are looking for highly capable candidates - ideally current undergrad or grad students - who can start as a part-time intern (~10 hrs a week) and based upon performance and the completion of milestones, begin taking on more responsibility in return for tiered equity compensation. The candidate will be someone who has the potential to grow into the role of CTO. <br /> <br />The application is built in Ruby on Rails, so a candidate should have experience in that framework, or should be an extraordinary developer who wants to learn / gain experience in RoR. <br /> <br />In addition to having world-class engineering skills, a successful candidate will have a great design sense.
