Customer Service Representative in San Francisco

Sifteo, a venture-backed start-up creating a next-generation play system, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support the folks using our new hands-on platform. We humbly think it's an amazing product that is going to positively change how we play and learn.

We are looking for candidates who will communicate with our customers when they need help, pitch in on managing and building our customer resource system, help coordinate with our warehouse as-needed. Bottom-line, we want someone who wants to increase our customers' happiness!

We are creating Sifteo cubes, wireless blocks with full color screens that interact with each other and respond to motion to unleash a whole new world of play and learning applications. The technology has been spun out of the MIT Media Lab and has been featured on the Science and Discovery channels, presented at the TED conference, and has been showcased by CNN, Wired, Engadget, Gizmodo, New Scientist and Bloomberg. We are looking for someone who can develop and execute a focused messaging and outreach plan, who can build and deliver a quantitative marketing program, who can build the right channel relationships, and who is excited about jumping into a start up environment.
