Director on marketing for real estate technology startup and temp SF help in San Jose

I am looking for 2 people.
(1), a Director of Marketing for my real estate SaaS tech startup www dot Local-Insights dot com. Huge potential for the right person. Local-Insights is the only online real estate/LBS/GIS company that changes hard to find critical data into information and knowledge. With core missing local data and intelligence agents and real estate investor can make more commissions and profits. This position will be non-paid until we find our first B2B customer or raise the needed seed capital.

Second position, is for a Trade Show / Promotional Assistant, for a San Francisco all day real estate technology event. RealTech SF 2013 on April 30th. I need help in sales and marketing of my startup at The Startup Alley. Busiest times I need help are: between 8:00-9:00 am, during the 2 breaks during the day, during lunch from 12:00-1:30 and during the networking and wine hour from 5:00-6:00 pm, so an all-day event.

GIS Mapping developer for heat-maps in San Jose

I am looking for an experience B2B marketer/salesperson to build strategic partnerships with real estate brokers and/or real estate brokerage firms.
The technology involves advance mapping and analytics, which blends private and public datasets that can help real estate brokers and investors. Have prototype and PowerPoint developed, but needs improvement.
I am looking for someone who knows real estate software, who can help me close brokers, so we can get the seed capital needed to get this new data and technology fully monetized and public.
