You: Love building things. Can quickly see multiple solutions and their tradeoffs. Intellectually secure about technical pushback. Solid on algorithms and data structures. Understand how to release on time. Can keep developers happy and productive. Experience building Web-scale search on C/C++/Java, either custom or Lucene. Solid CS degree, 10+ years of experience.
