The Position
The marketing programs coordinator is a highly visible role which demands extensive customer engagement, a high level of professionalism and an outstanding communication style.
This ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast passed environment where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the norm. Exceptional attention to detail and first class organizational skills are mandatory to be able to execute on countless cross-functional projects. This dynamic position will report to the Programs Manager and will support the entire marketing team with additional projects as required.
Responsibilities
Execute on a variety of lead generation programs:
These include: regional and national tradeshows, customer facing events, and roundtables
• Attend trade shows and field events as needed; includes travel within US & Canada
• Organize print and shipping of marketing, promotional materials as required
• Extensive and proven ability to manage vendors and negotiate contracts

Mange and coordinate the Customer Reference Program:
• Plan and execute on a series of customer loyalty events, webinars and the production of monthly newsletter, must drive the content and agenda
• Data reconciliation in Salesforce.com
• Preparation and distribution of monthly status reports
• Ongoing fulfillment of reference requests (Sales References, Marketing and PR requests)
• Track and record customer interactions
• Promote internal collaboration and raise program awareness

Project Management:
• Track marketing event and program activities through Salesforce.com & Liquid Planner
• Work within set budgets and maintain receipts and invoices for budget reconciliation

Minimum Requirements
• 3-5 years marketing and customer service experience in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused and positive “can-do” attitude
• Outstanding ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
• Resourceful, self-starter who can deal with ambiguity
• Proven ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines and pressure
• Impeccable attention to detail

Additional Skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint Salesforce.com and WebEx
• Experience with Telligent, Marketo, Survey Monkey is a bonus
• Experience working in a B2B environment, Technology Software Industry preferred

Educational Requirements
• BS or BA in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred

The Position:

The Presales Manager assists a sales team in generating revenue by building and managing the performance of a team of Presales Solution Consultants. It is this role’s responsibility to direct those resources in the pursuit of revenue generating opportunities.
