At Betterfly we’re constantly trying new things and reorganizing for optimization. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Project Manager to work with our development team as we take our product to the next level. You’ll spearhead all steps of the process from the birth of an idea to it’s development to it’s final launch - and everything else before, during and after. We need someone who’s been in the biz for at least 3 years and has a good understanding of the way the internet works. A technical background will definitely earn you some brownie points but isn’t required. Lastly, being a good, effective writer and communicator is a must.

Junior Designer Needed ASAP - Internet Startup - Betterfly.com in New York

At Betterfly, being behind the scenes is just as, if not more, important than being in the front line. We need a Junior Designer who can keep up with our ever-evolving product, someone with a great eye for detail and a flair for visual design. Our Junior Designer will work under a head designer but will have the flexibility and freedom to express his/her own creativity. Requirements for this position include very strong skills in all Adobe software and have had experience in web design. Knowledge of CSS/HTML is preferred. The job is part-time (or can be an internship) and best suited for someone living in the NYC area, where our offices are located.

We’re seeking a Lead Designer (who will also help us work on product development) who will work directly with the rest of the team to take Betterfly to the next level. Visual design is not enough. We need someone who understands interactive design, information architecture and has a keen sense of UI and UX.
