- A startup nightlife scavanger hunt game is looking to bring on 1 mobile developer and 1 web developer to round out our development team and apply to the Dreamit Ventures seed funding program in 2 weeks. Checkout www.dreamitventures.com for more information.

Currently we have the nightlife database built using the Yelp API operational at www.nearing.com. The plan is to turn this into a nightlife "scavenger hunt", where people get points for completing certain tasks and taking pictures of certain things (hot bartender, doing the captain morgan pose, etc.). iPhone App Developer for location-based photo-sharing startup in Philadelphia

We are a Nearing (www.nearing.com), a philadelphia-based startup building a location-based photo-sharing app called.

The concept is basically you "photo-in" to a location by taking a picture. Every picture will be tagged to a location. And everyone can view and engage with all pictures taken at a specific location. The main use case is using it to find cool places to goto, or just see all the pictures taken at your location. The big potential is being able to view real-time updates of events as they are happening.

Currently the team consists of a great front-end/UI/UX designer who created these recent mockups (www.brianschneck.com/nearing.html), a great back-end coder who is in the process of creating an api, and myself, who has various product/bizdev/startup experience.

What we are looking to do is bring on a part-time iphone app developer to take the front-end and API, and turn them into a native iphone app.

Ideally we would like someone based in Philly, but we won't turn away someone who lives out-of-state.
