Position Summary
================
You will initially report to the VP of Operations. Your short-term success will lead to you reporting to the CEO within 6 months at which point you will be occupying a key role on our management team. You will wear many hats. Our Director of Finance is an extremely hands-on position with both a management component as well as day-to-day operational responsibilities. You will supervise a two-person team who have done a valiant job of managing our operational and accounting processes in the face of significant growth. You will learn our business processes, and identify how they may best be improved, by rolling up your sleeves and contributing in whatever fashion is necessary to ensure that our financial operations run smoothly and our customers have a fantastic accounting experience. You will manage our financial reporting and keep our executives and board of directors informed. You will own the budgeting process and ongoing variance analysis. You will partner with the executive team on key initiatives with financial impact such as compensation planning.

You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed without concern for formal job descriptions or team boundaries. You must have experience working in face-paced environments where you had to work on multiple projects at once. You should have a proven track record of delivering quality results on-time with a can-do attitude. You must communicate effectively with all stakeholders and provide insight to help shape the company direction and strategy.

Our Interview Process
