SocialWised has an opening for a highly organized and efficient Product Manager who can dedicate 20-25 hrs to the ongoing development of our ecommerce business. As Product Manager, you will guide the efforts of our product team, including graphic designers, web designers, and software engineers as we as we add new functionality, improve user experience, and optimize the performance of our online services. The product manager will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, and general coordination of team members in the US and Asia.

Social Media and Online Marketing Manager O2O Startup in Sunnyvale

SocialWised is looking for a self-motivated online marketing whiz who has 15-25 hrs/week to help us create, track, and optimize various online and SEM campaigns. You will be applying your extraordinary analytical skills to execute promotional campaigns, conduct a/b testing, optimize campaign performance, and measure results. In addition, you will help to grow and manage our presence across social media networks and relevant online communities. Meetpon is a pre-funded startup, therefore this is an equity-only position until we receive Series A financing.

Responsibilities:
• Execute and manage online marketing campaigns across various channels including SEM, display ads, email, referral, and social media
• Design and execute a/b testing to optimize performance of campaigns
• Ensure appropriate tracking mechanisms are in place in order to measure results of campaigns
• Drive viral marketing effort by leveraging social media channels
• Listen, engage, and interact with followers/fans across social media networks
• Research and recommend new campaigns, promotions, and tools to improve results and ROI
• Coordinate with Biz Dev and Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns
• Support other marketing initiatives across the organization as needed
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience creating and delivering online marketing programs
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills -uses data to improve strategies and results
• Familiar with running ad campaigns on google, Yahoo!, and ad networks
• Solid understanding of using Twitter and Facebook for business, as well as the tools available to manage Twitter and Facebook accounts
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Understands how to use customer segmentation strategies to improve performance
• BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or Communications; MBA a plus

RoR Developer Wanted by O2O Startup with Revenue/Users in Sunnyvale

Groupivity is looking for a part-time (15-25 hrs/week) or full time EXPERIENCED Ruby on Rails developer to join our team.

Groupivity is an online to offline social activity site. We have done over 50 events in 11 cities with thousand paid attendees.

Groupivity is from another business/website and currently we have about 90% of the codes that we will need. We will need is to add two functionalities do a site rebranding/remodeling.

Groupivity is a pre-funded startup, therefore compensation is a mix of mostly equity with some cash until we receive Series A financing. Groupivity is in a very hot sector with two competitors recently funded. So with revenue/customers and a solid management team, we have very good chance of getting funded.
