We have developed an innovative contextual search technology that is uniquely designed to radically simplify these complicated decisions for them, and we need an Online Merchandising Manager to bring the dream of home décor perfection to a reality for our users with product merchandising. As we add thousands of home décor and home furnishing products to our database and customer offering, we are searching for someone that is experienced to lead, grow, and implement the merchandising process for our products to work with our innovative, start-up team in our Seattle waterfront office.

As an Online Merchandising manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of all online SKU merchandising setup and presentation, sales and promotions, and merchandising technology innovation. You will coordinate with all internal teams to ensure growth and quality of our product sales and site wide conversion and ultimately build out a team to assist and support you in your goals.
