Co-founder/CTO/Lead Developer in Austin

We are searching for a lead game developer (iphone/android) who can eventually serve as CTO/co-founder of the company. This is an equity only position until we solidify our funding situation. We have launched our first game and have several more concepts in the pipeline. We would like to get our second game out the door by the end of April.

Individual will have the technical abilities to continue development, have the ability to see the big picture and believe in our ultimate goals. Individual will also lead the engineering team as we add more people and be responsible for all technical issues relating to the company.
