The Background:
We are Wimdu, a cool start-up headquartered in the heart of Berlin. Initially funded with $90 million, Wimdu has grown to host over 50,000 properties in over 100 countries worldwide, and is on track to become Europe’s leading marketplace for private accommodation. Wimdu has the vision, the passion, and the people to succeed, and we’re looking for motivated folks to join our international crew.

Your Tasks:
- You will contribute proactively to a highly agile test-driven development process with daily releases and weekly deploys
- You will change the face of Wimdu by independently developing and implementing new features for 50 localized top-level domains that will be visited by hundreds of thousands of users
- You will be involved when it comes to proposing, implementing, and developing sophisticated back-end solutions on Rails
- You follow your own schedule and ideas to improve our platform on one day of the week, regardless of company priorities
- You will visit conferences and meet-ups

The Opportunity:

- You will see your code on 50 TLDs with a million uniques per month
