Software Engineer in Bloomington

SproutBox is looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about building startups. The SproutBox development team works with an entrepreneur to build a new startup every three months. We have the "getting real" mindset and as part of our team you'll help us transform high level requirements into a core web application. You should be an experienced software engineer with strong communication skills and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Oh yeah, we are also serious about having fun. Table tennis, arcade games, Wii, toys, and local beer on tap make for a place you'll want to be every day.

Lead Engineer in Bloomington

SproutBox is looking for a Lead Engineer with experience as part of a collaborative development team. In particular, you should have a strong knowledge of Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP and other open source technologies, as well as a solid project management track record. You’ll have the opportunity to be the key architect of multiple startup software products and the luxury of focusing on one at a time. You'll be working with a small group of developers and be ultimately responsible for ensuring projects stick to a very strict schedule.

While it won’t be easy, it will be a blast. We have a flexible work environment focused on hitting milestones, not jumping through hoops.
