On top of that, we are willing to dish out equity in the company (which we are actively shopping with venture capitalists). <br /> <br />A note on the founders: the idea behind this company is based on a gap in healthcare marketing that was unraveled while one of the founders was writing his dissertation for his PhD in Healthcare Economics at Wharton (UPenn). His MD &amp; PhD knowledge set gelled nicely with the other founder, who is a coder, digital strategist, and UX architect, with experience in pharma and health plans. Together, they built a platform that is now expanding into multiple settings.
