Skydeck is building a service that will change the way people think about their cell phones. Founded by mobile industry veterans, Skydeck announced its public beta last month at the MobileBeat 2008 conference where the company won the award for "Boldest Idea". Today Skydeck helps you keep track of your phone calls, your text messages, and the people that you call and text. But there is lots more to come, and we're looking for someone to help us tell the world about it.

This is your chance to be one of the first ten employees at one of the most innovative startups in the Bay Area - early enough to have a major impact on the products, culture, and ultimate success of the business. As Marketing Manager, you will be deeply involved in developing and executing Skydeck's marketing plan, including online evangelism, SEO, SEM, social media, and viral optimization, as well as traditional PR, advertising, primary and secondary market research, and customer care. Most importantly, you will help us to bake marketing into the service itself.

We'll be very surprised if you don't have your own blog, a half-completed application to Y-Combinator, the most active Facebook profile of any of your friends, and/or 50 people following you on Twitter.
