FITiST (www.FITiST.com, NY's newest and hottest fitness wellness startup, revolutionizing the gym by creating a new membership to the best boutique studios in NY, LA, and soon to be beyond)) is looking for a new intern. The company is looking for somebody who:
- Exhibits excellent oral and written communication-skills
- Is an out-of-the-box, creative thinker
-Is social media savvy; immersed in pop culture – reads magazines, blogs, etc.
-Is hard working
FITiST is offering a great opportunity to see what happens behind the scenes of a startup. You’ll learn increasingly important social media skills, how to build and operate brand from a talented management team (two Wharton MBA graduates with vast luxury experience and the former McCann Worldgroup Worldwide Creative Director), play an integral part in helping execute a pr and marketing strategy, and you’ll get a crash-course in how early stage startups operate. Between testing workouts, researching potential partners, and tweeting, this is not a typical 9-5 at a desk job; you’ll have to be quick on your feet—literally and figuratively—all the time. FITiST’s summer ’11 Intern says, “Working for FITiST was a great experience. I’m finishing the summer faster, stronger, and wittier.”
