RallyOn is a startup company in the market with an innovative SaaS corporate challenge application which is revolutionizing the corporate health and wellness market through gaming. We sell our mobile- and web-based application direct to corporations and other large organizations as part of their wellness and employee programs. Typically these organizations are working not only to reduce healthcare costs, but to build compelling corporate cultures defined by high productivity, teaming, and being “best places to work.” We have numerous large customers currently using our application and have a full pipeline of pilots and interested parties.

RallyOn is a lean, mean startup. We’ve helped create the corporate challenge space and are aggressively building our beachhead. We are starting to grow our team and are in truly unique office space in Menlo Park. We are a smart, fun, creative bunch, without a lot of hierarchy. Position
We have a unique opportunity for a developer/manager/entrepreneur. We are growing rapidly and looking for a Lead Engineer. You will need to wear several hats: from being responsible for product development, operations and deployment of the product, the technology stack, and being a key part of a strong development team.
