Hi! My name is C-Payne and I'm the savvy marketer that's been looking for you. That's right, I've been searching high and low to find you--my female counterpart with whom I can start an Ad Agency with in Miami.

This will be a true startup in which we each take equal equity shares in the agency and work our asses off to land new clients and grow to be internationally renowned. Don't worry, I've already got the plan in place to make this thing profitable in just a few short months. To give you a bit of background on me...

For the last two years, I've run a design and marketing firm, Regal Spri Creative Group, helping small business and nonprofits effectively market their businesses. We primarily did graphic design, web development, and also some internet marketing strategies such as social media management, SEO, and PPC marketing.

However, at this point in time I am changing directions and starting an advertising agency. In accordance with this, I am looking to join forces with 1 or 2 people to bring this vision to life.

I've already found an awesome creative director and we now need a female account executive or copywriter to join the team! We're looking for someone entrepreneurially minded that's hungry to build a profitable company. My role on the team would be that of the salesmen, account director, and strategic planner.

If you're interested in starting an advertising agency, we're the team to do it with! We have office space that we can use, business permits, a web developer, hosting, business contacts, and a few other assets to get us off the ground.

To be successful in this, it would have to be something that we commit to with unrelenting fervor. Real startup stuff. Unfortunately, there's no salary for any of us on day 1 and very little seed money for the business, but that's part of the excitement! With your help, I am confident that we can land a couple of campaigns in a short period of time and become a multimillion dollar agency within a few years.

PRO BONO Web Designer Needed for a really cool Non-Profit! in Miami

We're looking to build an AWESOME website for a nonprofit organization called We Own Miami (WOM). WOM is a grassroots organization that connects volunteers to non-profit organizations and community service projects. Think of WOM as a staffing agency for community service. They encourage all of their volunteering members to contribute 1 hour or more of their time each week to a charitable cause. As an incentive to its members’ volunteer efforts, WOM also partners with local businesses that in turn reward its members with discounts, promotions, and free services for their hourly contributions. For instance, volunteers contributing 25 hours in a year would be eligible for a discount at their favorite restaurant.

Due to budget constraints, we're hoping to find a team of web designers and developers that are willing to provide PRO BONO services for this great cause.

Here are some quick facts about the website
- The website should take 4 months or less to complete
- Will probably be built on Wordpress or Joomla
- Will require PHP an MySQL expertise
- Will include the following dynamic features:
> User Login: Users can track their volunteer hours and rewards eligibility

Miami WEB DEVELOPER needed ASAP! Opportunity to receive equity within the company! in Miami

I am in search of a savvy, miami-based web developer and business partner for my startup. I am extremely bullish on the success of this company and I'm confident that it will generate $5+ million in revenue within 2 years (For a synopsis on the company, see the bottom of this overview).

This is a full-time position, requiring sweat, sacrifice, and passion. The position is only available to the person who is willing to go "all-in" and join this new startup as a business partner. In true startup fashion, I envision us working together in my downtown office several times a week discussing customer-acquisition strategy, market positioning, technical challenges, and all other business strategies. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND JOB DUTIES

You would come onboard as a hands-on CTO. In essence, you will responsible for building, managing, testing, and tweaking our web applications and you'd also be the guiding light for all technical decision making. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary that you are GREAT at programming in PHP/MySQL because our current web-application is built on those languages. Over time, the programming duties can be outsourced or we can hire for that.

COMPENSATION

You will be given an equity stake within the company as well as a small monthly stipend in the early months as we move the company towards profitability. Both the equity stake and stipend are negotiable and will depend on your technical expertise and time commitment to the company. More commitment means more equity and more money!

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Regal Spri Creative Group is in a state of transition. For the past 4 years, we've been a full-service digital marketing agency, helping businesses achieve their business goals by strengthening their brand online. We specialized in web design/dev, graphic design, SEO, social media management, and other digital marketing services.

The company is now going in a new direction. We are no longer offering the services above. Instead, we are transforming into a software company that builds web-applications that can be used by thousands of customers around the world.
