We are seeking a passionate, talented and energetic designer to help us reach the next level of user engagement. You’ll work on both exciting and challenging projects as we expand our multi-media delivery solutions in the world of online digital entertainment and information services.

Qualifications
• You have significant experience creating effective UX / UI designs across a broad variety of goal-driven environments (i.e. mobile applications, multi-media channels, social networks, ecommerce, web applications, complex dashboards, etc.)
• You have proven experience in a multi-media content delivery environment
• Adobe Creative Suite is your playground (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator)
• You understand and can build use cases and user flows
• You have experience planning and executing both redesign and new-concept design projects, from start to finish
• A ‘creative brief’ is familiar territory to you
• You’ve created style guides and have worked on logo design and branding
• You have a solid understanding of product, user engagement and brand strategies
• Your design is well thought out, purposeful and has intent
• You must be passionate about what you do and obsessed with staying on top of UX / UI trends and tools
• You have the ability to communicate with and work harmoniously with technical teams to ensure delivery of project vision
• You analyze competitor offerings, customer feedback, site metrics and usability reports to create user-centered designs

Bonus
• You are familiar with analytics and have some experience with design refinement for conversions
• You consider effective ‘email marketing’ a part of the UX / UI experience

• You understand the importance of integrating ‘social / community’ aspects as features and not just a side channel
• You look at the world around you, and see opportunities to improve the design and experience of everything
• You are flexible but focused, not easily distracted by minutia
• You’re great at communicating your designs and design intent to others, including tech teams, investors and content partners
• You understand the importance of working with a Marketing team
• You have the ability to meet aggressive deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• You can work and play well with others, but can also work well alone
